FPT UNIVERSITY HO CHI MINH

FPT University Ho Chi Minh City is built in the High-Tech Park District 9, Ho Chi Minh City with a capacity of 10,000 students, where high-tech companies such as Intel (USA), Nidec (Japan), ... and modern scientific and technical research centers are concentrated.

The flat terrain is typical of the Mekong Delta in general and HCMC in particular. Therefore, the architects came up with the idea of building blocks with a winding shape like a mountain covered with green trees, creating a highlight of the area.

The green tree system is also one of the factors that make this place unique. This is the combination of nature and people, helping teachers and students have a clean and comfortable working and learning environment.

The museum "Hyper-Inflation - What's the point of having lots of money?" is known as the first and only inflation currency museum in Vietnam. Prof. Le Truong Tung - Chairman of FPT University Council spent 15 years searching and collecting all coins in the museum. Each design on display at the museum is also designed by himself.

The Museum introduces the history of inflation - world hyperinflation and displays a collection of more than 300 coins with denominations of 1 million or more of about 30 countries during nearly 100 years (1921 - 2019), including countries: Angola, Argentina, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Bolivia, Bosnia, China, Croatia, Georgia, Germany, Greece Hungary, Iran, Nicaragua, Peru, Poland, Romania, Russia, Transcaucasia, Turkey, Ukraine, Vietnam, Yugoslavia, Zaire (Congo), Zimbabwe, ...

The Library of FPT University Ho Chi Minh owns a large space with 3 consecutive floors, connected by long high stairs.

Different from traditional structures, the library designed by architect Vo Trong Nghia does not cause the feeling of being "suffocated" in books. On the contrary, this place gives a fresh feeling when making full use of natural light, a wide view outward with green lawn, and a blooming lotus in the middle of the schoolyard because it is separated by sturdy, delicate glass panels.

In addition to academic activities, the school also invests in extracurricular and art activities for students when organizing nearly 30 clubs in many fields such as F-code programming, StitiGroup volunteering, Coc media Saigon, FBK music, Fstyle hip-hop dance, FBC basketball, Japanese JSC ...
