    In fact, since 2016, many economic agreements have been signed such as TPP, WTO ... promoting Vietnam's economic growth.

     

    The International Business Major is all of the business transactions conducted between countries in order to satisfy the business objectives of enterprises, individuals and economic organizations. International business is a dynamic, global, and open area of employment.

     

    Globalization and integration are the main development trends in international relations in all fields, especially domestic and international economic sectors. Vietnam became a member of the ASEAN Economic Community (AEC), the Free Trade Agreement (FTA) between the EU and Vietnam, the Comprehensive and Progressive Agreement for Trans-Pacific Partnership (CPTPP). These are important factors contributing to the development of Vietnam's economy, especially in the field of business. Domestic and international trading and exchange activities have also been promoted.

     

    Along with it is the development of import-export, logistics industries. In Vietnam, the fields of international business are quite new but demand great human resources needs. Students who choose this International Business will have the opportunity to develop themselves and reach out to the international market.

    DIFFERENT TRAINING

    • Students study using a English, international copyrighted, imported directly from reputable publishers around the world curriculum.

    • Students are trained in the second foreign language Chinese.

    • Right from the first year, students have 1 semester to study English abroad.

    • Students have 1-2 semesters of specialised study at Southern Taiwan University of Science and Technology, Taiwan or Lyceum of the Philippines University, Philippines.

    • In the 3rd year, students work in reality at domestic and foreign enterprises to attend the internship semester - OJT lasting from 4 to 8 months at domestic and foreign enterprises.

    • Students have knowledge of financial accounting, management accounting and corporate finance including: business transactions, financial reporting formats and analysis, inventories and receivables, types of assets and legal responsibilities, cost classification, main budget and budgeting.
    • Students grasp the role of the individual - the group - the organizational structure. Special emphasis is placed on individual differences, attitudes, motivation, job satisfaction, communication, leadership, stress, change, and organizational culture.

    • Students will study the economic relations among nations through analyzing the exchange of goods, services as well as the linkages between trade, labor and capital movements, international fragmentation of production, economic well-being and the income distribution and to identify and critically examine policy implications of these linkages. 
    • Students have a deep understanding of international business including the techniques and strategies for entering and doing business in the international marketplace, the impact and dynamics of socio-cultural, demographic, economic, and political-legal factors in the foreign trade environment

    • Students learn a number of research methods useful for academic and professional investigations of business practices. By examining the applications, strengths, and weaknesses of methodologies drawn from both the qualitative and quantitative traditions, this course permits an understanding of the various steps involved in designing and executing a research project so that students will be able to conduct their research later.
    • This course provides a foundation for the understanding and analysis of information systems in organizations. It presents fundamental knowledge about the role that information systems play in businesses, how to design and build an appropriate information system and how to effectively manage the business’ information resources.
